Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical and business roles, covering everything from initial sourcing to negotiation and close.
- Partner directly with department heads to draft job descriptions, calibrate profile requirements, and design structured, objective assessment loops.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive talent.
- Maintain high ATS data integrity in Greenhouse, tracking funnel metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and optimize time-to-hire.
- Facilitate regular pipeline review meetings with leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on sourcing strategies and market compensation trends.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication, transparent feedback, and efficient scheduling coordination.
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex technical roles, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse or Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong metrics-driven approach to recruiting, with experience analyzing conversion rates and presenting funnel health to leadership.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of equity models and competitive compensation structures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus: Experience recruiting within the FinTech or high-growth SaaS sectors in the NYC market.
