Program Manager

About The Role

The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, bridging engineering, product, and business operations to deliver high-impact initiatives on schedule.

The team relies on this position to align stakeholders, mitigate operational risks, and maintain momentum across distributed infrastructure and software development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs, maintaining detailed project roadmaps in Jira and Notion
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective ceremonies across engineering and product teams
• Track program milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations to surface delivery risks before they impact timelines
• Establish clear SLAs and communication cadences with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and technical tradeoffs
• Analyze team velocity and operational metrics using Jira and BI tools to continuously refine delivery processes
• Author comprehensive technical documentation, architecture decision records, and executive status reports
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a fast-paced software or technology environment
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and GitHub
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure with engineering leads
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical contributors and executive leadership
• Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; experience scaling distributed systems or migrating cloud infrastructure
