Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs, maintaining detailed project roadmaps in Jira and Notion
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective ceremonies across engineering and product teams
- Track program milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations to surface delivery risks before they impact timelines
- Establish clear SLAs and communication cadences with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and technical tradeoffs
- Analyze team velocity and operational metrics using Jira and BI tools to continuously refine delivery processes
- Author comprehensive technical documentation, architecture decision records, and executive status reports
- 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a fast-paced software or technology environment
- Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and GitHub
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure with engineering leads
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical contributors and executive leadership
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; experience scaling distributed systems or migrating cloud infrastructure
