Program Manager

About The Role

The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning the plans, processes, and reporting that keep complex technical programs on track.

You will run multi-quarter programs end-to-end — from roadmap alignment and dependency mapping through launch and post-mortem — giving leadership clear visibility into status, risk, and trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program plans for cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, product, design, and GTM, including timelines, milestones, and dependency management
• Run weekly program cadences: standups, working sessions, steering reviews, and leadership status updates with clear risks and asks
• Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker to track progress, blockers, and delivery health
• Drive launch readiness processes: checklists, rollback plans, comms, and cross-team sign-offs
• Identify and resolve cross-team conflicts, resource constraints, and scope creep before they derail timelines
• Run post-launch retrospectives and translate learnings into improved processes and playbooks
• Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, and headcount planning inputs for initiatives under your ownership
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally at a technology or SaaS company
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-team technical programs on schedule
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar, and strong data/reporting skills (SQL or BI tools a plus)
• Excellent written communication: crisp status updates, clear decision docs, and executive-ready summaries
• Comfort working with engineers and product managers; able to speak credibly about technical trade-offs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with OKR planning cycles; familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) concepts
