About The Role

The role orchestrates complex technical programs across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams, ensuring delivery alignment and risk mitigation.

The program manager bridges strategic planning and execution, translating product roadmaps into structured delivery milestones using agile and data-driven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional engineering teams
• Establish program governance, utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion to track milestones, blockers, and deliverables
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to maintain execution velocity
• Analyze delivery metrics and telemetry data to forecast risks, assess capacity constraints, and report actionable insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate release management processes across staging and production environments in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture decision records, and standard operating procedures for program operations
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within software development or infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated expertise with agile methodologies, project management tooling (Jira, Asana, Linear), and metrics tracking dashboards (Datadog, Looker)
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, product managers, and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications; prior experience in remote-first distributed technology organizations
