Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multi-quarter programs, including planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management across 3-5 concurrent workstreams
- Run program rituals: kickoff, sprint planning support, weekly status syncs, steering committee reviews, and post-mortems
- Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Looker to track scope, schedule, and risk in real time
- Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies early; escalate with clear options and drive resolution
- Partner with engineering leads to manage technical risks, launch readiness reviews, and rollout/rollback plans
- Communicate program status to executive stakeholders through crisp written updates and monthly business reviews
- Improve the program management playbook itself — templates, processes, and tooling that raise the bar for the whole team
- 4-7 years of program or technical project management experience, ideally at a product or infrastructure-focused technology company
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and modern analytics/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs involving software engineering teams (API launches, platform migrations, or system integrations)
- Strong written communication — can distill messy status into a one-page update executives actually read
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP or PgMP a plus but not required
- Experience working in remote-first, distributed teams with async communication norms
- Bonus: experience with cloud infrastructure programs (AWS/GCP), SaaS launch operations, or technical writing background
