Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows for all employees
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate recurring headcount and payroll reports
- Administer employee benefits programs and act as the primary point of contact for tier-one inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws across remote jurisdictions
- Support continuous improvement of people operations policies, handbooks, and internal documentation
- Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate monthly compensation cycles
- 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or generalist roles within a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday
- Working knowledge of employment compliance, benefits administration, and data privacy standards
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills managing confidential information
- Bonus: Experience scaling remote-first teams and implementing automated HR workflows
