Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, including audience targeting, bidding strategy, and creative rotation
- Own SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content briefs built with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Operate lifecycle email programs in HubSpot or Marketo — segmentation, drip sequences, and A/B testing of subject lines and CTAs
- Track and report campaign performance in GA4 and Looker Studio, with weekly dashboards covering CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and channel attribution
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in Webflow or WordPress, running structured experiments on copy, layout, and forms
- Manage social media calendars and organic content across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels, coordinating with design and content teams
- Maintain clean campaign tracking (UTMs, pixel events, CRM sync) so every dollar of spend is attributable end-to-end
- 3-6 years of digital marketing experience across paid media, SEO, and email in a B2B or B2C tech environment
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, GA4, and at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, keyword strategy, and SERP analysis
- Comfortable in SQL or spreadsheet-based analysis to slice campaign data and build a defensible case for budget decisions
- Experience managing paid budgets of $100K per quarter with documented performance improvements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with marketing attribution tools (Dreamdata, HockeyStack), Webflow development basics, or ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
