The role involves identifying operational bottlenecks, partnering with engineering leadership, and translating strategic objectives into predictable delivery cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize core operational workflows across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Drive complex cross-functional projects from planning to launch, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Analyze operational metrics and resource allocation data to surface efficiency gains and capacity constraints
- Manage internal tooling stacks, access controls, and vendor evaluations to support hybrid work environments
- Facilitate leadership planning sessions, tracking departmental KPIs and preparing executive status reports
- 4-7 years of operations, program management, or technical project management experience in a technology company
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
- Track record of scaling operational processes and delivering complex technical projects on schedule
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications
