Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and scale standard operating procedures (SOPs) across engineering, product, and business units to minimize operational friction
- Administer and optimize internal operational tooling, including JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and Slack integrations, to improve team collaboration
- Define, track, and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA metrics for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional project planning sessions, managing project backlogs, resource allocation, and dependency mapping across distributed teams
- Identify process bottlenecks through quantitative workflow analysis and implement structured remediation plans
- Manage external vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and operational budgets to ensure resource efficiency and compliance
- 4-7 years of operations management, program management, or management consulting experience in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven track record of designing and scaling complex, cross-functional business processes from the ground up
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a highly analytical field
- Bonus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience with SQL and workflow automation tools like Zapier.
