This seat sits at the intersection of product, sales, and creative. You will run multi-channel programs across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social — with clear ownership of KPIs, budget, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and launch integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and organic content channels
- Own SEO and SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Ads management, and landing page performance
- Build and manage the content calendar, partnering with writers and designers to ship on-brand assets on schedule
- Define campaign KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and Looker, and iterate based on CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve funnel conversion at every stage
- Manage a six-figure marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships, reporting performance to leadership monthly
- Support product launches and events with go-to-market plans, assets, and cross-functional coordination
- 4-7 years of marketing experience at B2B or B2C tech companies with measurable pipeline or revenue impact
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM tactics and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce and review campaign copy directly
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting (GA4, SQL a plus) and a data-driven approach to budget allocation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with product-led growth motions, marketing attribution modeling, or AI-powered content and campaign tooling
