Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, and state regulatory frameworks
- Manage revenue cycle workflows, billing operations, and third-party payer relations to maintain financial health
- Partner with clinical leadership to streamline patient scheduling, admission, and discharge procedures
- Analyze healthcare operations metrics using EHR systems and BI tools to identify bottlenecks and improve service delivery
- Maintain standard operating procedures for medical records management, credentialing, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for healthcare software and administrative tooling
- 4-7 years of healthcare administration or healthcare operations management experience within US health systems
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, billing regulations, and HIPAA standards
- Proficiency with major EHR platforms, healthcare analytics software, and advanced spreadsheet modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
