Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade Tableau and Looker dashboards to track company-wide KPIs and operational metrics
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries across Snowflake and BigQuery data warehouses to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale business datasets
- Partner with data engineering to define schema requirements, build dbt models, and ensure clean, reliable data pipelines for business reporting
- Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on user retention, lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and product feature adoption
- Establish statistical measurement frameworks for A/B testing, marketing attribution, and revenue forecasting models
- Document data definitions, metric logic, and taxonomy standards to maintain a single source of truth across all business departments
- 3–6 years of experience as a business data analyst, analytics engineer, or product analyst in a fast-paced technology company
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and experience working with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Sigma) and data transformation frameworks like dbt
- Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics, including ARR, net retention, unit economics, and cohort analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Bonus: Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis, familiarity with Airflow, or knowledge of product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
