Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, delivering technical demos, and negotiating final agreements
- Engage with C-level executives, IT directors, and technical stakeholders to map business pain points to platform solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts within assigned territories
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions, pipeline stages, and forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with solution engineers to design custom proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations that validate technical fit
- Partner with product and marketing teams to share customer feedback and refine outbound messaging strategies
- 3-6 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a B2B SaaS or technical software environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual contract value (ACV) and annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently present software architectures and API integrations to engineering stakeholders
- Demonstrated mastery of consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN selling
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and multi-stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: Experience selling cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data analytics platforms; active participation in local Austin tech networks
