This position is required on weekends (1 Saturday off a month- Closed Sunday's)

Approximately 28-30 hours a week

JOB SUMMARY: The Spa Coordinator supports the Spa Manager/Owner with the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the spa while providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include front desk operations, customer service, sales, scheduling, inventory, facility readiness, operational checklists, reporting, and assisting with the onboarding and training of Spa Hosts.

This is a non-supervisory position. The Spa Coordinator does not manage or supervise employees and does not have authority to hire, terminate, discipline, evaluate, approve time off, set compensation, or make other employment decisions. The Spa Coordinator may assist with training, communicate operational expectations, monitor completion of established procedures and checklists, and report concerns to the Spa Manager/Owner. Employee performance, disciplinary matters, scheduling decisions, and other management matters are handled by the Spa Manager/Owner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Check clients in/out and provide excellence in customer service- following all Evexia protocols & procedures.

· Assist in onboarding/training of new spa host positions, following Evexia Spa Host Ramp Up Guide.

· Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.· Handling customer complaints with a professional and caring manor and getting the manger involved when needed.· Meets and exceeds sales goals monthly / Follow protocols in selling memberships and series.· Follow protocols in booking & canceling client appointments and charging for no shows or cancellation less than 24 hours.· Handling the reporting of any inappropriate guest or employee behavior.· Following all health and safety codes and policies.· Order/tracking of supplies and inventories as directed by the manger.· Making sure the spa is CLEAN and STOCKED and site ready at all times (Follow laundry protocols).· Cleaning bathrooms and all other spa area’s (maintaining premises).· Completing daily checklist and operation procedures.· Handling cash and cash register transactions.· Follow protocols in booking appointments into the daily calendar while maximize appointment grid.· Schedule maximization per Evexia standards & protocols.· Escorting customers to service rooms/locker rooms.· Able to maintain confidentiality and lead a professional work culture.· Monitoring times of service for customers and notifying customers when service times have ended.· Rotating and replenishing stock & keeping the retail area stocked and organized.· Selling the spa and services through client tours · Opening/closing responsibilities / bulk charge reports & calling clients for failed credit card charges.· Post updated client reviews monthly.· Upholds high standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and the policies and procedures of the spa.· Properly cares for spa equipment and uses recommended amounts of product to help with cost control.· Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience.· The use of several potentially hazardous chemicals for the float pod (Must always wear gloves and goggles). REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE· Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to a Spa.· Must handle sensitive client information with confidentiality· Ability to pass a background check· 2 years of customer service
