What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-touch hospitality by welcoming guests and managing phone inquiries.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs using our spa management POS system.
- Educate guests on luxury spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate payment processing and cash drawer reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of Front Desk / Medical or Spa Receptionist experience (Note: Cashier-only experience will not be considered).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating POS systems, digital appointment calendars, and handling multi-line phones.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, multi-tasking abilities, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
