Evexia Wellness Spa is a beautiful, 3,600 square-foot wellness destination offering massage therapy, facials, laser hair removal, body contouring, microneedling, and a variety of advanced wellness services.

*Must have Michigan Esthetician License

This position is required on weekends (1 Saturday off a month- Closed Sunday's)

Approximately 28-30 hours a week

JOB SUMMARY: The spa host/Esthetician will assist in overseeing the spa sales and operations and conduct facial and skin care services as directed in Evexia protocols. Provides excellence in customer service by welcoming and greeting clients warmly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Providing excellence in customer service at all times. Greeting customers and thanking them for their business.

· Providing skin care/facial protocols according to Evexia standards and protocols.

· Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.· Follow protocol in booking/canceling client appointments· Selling memberships and series · Handling customer complaints/Service Reviews· Handling the reporting of any inappropriate client or team member behavior· Following all health and safety codes and policy’s· Cleaning bathrooms, emptying all trash into outside dumpster, service rooms and lobby (maintaining premises) / laundry / dusting and more.· Completing daily checklist · Handling cash and bank deposits· Scheduling clients with accuracy, following all booking procedures and policies· Checking customers in/out with accuracy· Escorting customers to service rooms/locker rooms· Monitoring times of service for customers and notifying customers when service times have ended· Replenishing/organizing/cleaning stock· Selling the spa and services through client tours · Accurately following all booking polices and cancellation policies· Upholds high standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and the policies and procedures of the spa.· Properly cares for spa equipment and uses recommended amounts of product to help with cost control· Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience· Closing and Opening responsibilities (key holder) and could be alone at times covering the desk duties· Handle/Use chemicals required for cleaning and or float pod maintenance (PPE must be worn at all times)

· Must handle sensitive client information with confidentiality following all HIPAA compliance policies

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE· Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to a Spa.· Ability to pass a background check· 2 years of customer service
