What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Paraprofessional position at Every Special Child?
Every Special Child Is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Paraeducator to join our team in Mashpee, MA for rest of the School Year 2025-26.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support under teacher supervision.
- Implement behavior plans and support daily activities.
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and school routines.
- Collaborate with teachers and participate in staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma/GED (Associate’s or higher preferred).
- Experience working with students with special needs (behavioral/emotional).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- CORI and fingerprint clearance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
