Responsibilities:
The Senior Director of Patient Services will:
Lead and oversee compliance, nursing operations, and private pay workflows.
Streamline systems and implement automation to improve efficiency, scheduling, and communication.
Partner with compliance and nursing leadership to ensure full adherence to DOH and Joint Commission standards.
Review operational processes and identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Manage administrative staff supporting scheduling, reporting, and caregiver communications.
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with organizational goals.
Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
8 years of healthcare operations experience (home care strongly preferred).
Proven ability to design and implement efficient workflows and technology solutions.
Experience managing compliance, quality assurance, or nursing operations teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold staff accountable while maintaining a collaborative culture.
Nursing license required
Compensation: 150k-185k
