- Analyzing data and developing reports to guide quality initiatives and outcomes
- Supporting hospital-wide projects, process improvements, and regulatory readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- Active RN or clinical licensure required; CPHQ/CPPS preferred or obtained within 6 months
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience; project management experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and performance improvement skills
Compensation: $140,000 to $153,000
