A community hospital in the lower Hudson Valley area is seeking a Foundation Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of its fundraising events. This role is central to donor engagement and supports the hospital’s mission through thoughtfully produced, high-impact events.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute all fundraising events from concept to completion
Coordinate vendors, timelines, budgets, and event logistics
Ensure events are run with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and proper etiquette
Collaborate with internal teams, donors, and leadership to achieve event and fundraising goals
Provide on-site leadership during events and support post-event follow-up and reporting
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30, with some additional to attend events
Qualifications:
College degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience managing large-scale fundraising events
Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary: $80,000–$90,000
