The Community and Family Engagement Coordinator builds strong, meaningful relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through strategic outreach, communication, and engagement initiatives that support youth and family success.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute community and family engagement events, workshops, and outreach initiatives across multiple sites.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, program teams, school partners, and community organizations to strengthen relationships and align engagement efforts.
Develop and implement communication and outreach strategies using email, social media, and other platforms to promote programs and events.
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support events, programs, and community initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, feedback, and communication performance to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in education, social services, community organizations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse families and stakeholders; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation: 55,000 - 60,000
