I am supporting a leading mechanical contractor with significant presence in the PNW and a long resume of turnkey, performance-based energy and facility improvement solutions projects. With significant self-perform construction, mechanical contracting, and project delivery capabilities, they are looking to bring in a leader to head up their mechanical engineering group to drive professional development, best practice and technical excellence in project development.
They require PE license and active stamping capabilities.
Candidate location is key. This is an in-office, hybrid expectation in the Seattle WA area.
Success in this role starts with a foundation of:·
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- PE required
- 10 years of experience in Building Mechanical Systems Design, ESPC performance contracting, Energy Retrofit Design/Build project development required.
