Senior Business Development Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

A leading integrated engineering, design and construction firm is expanding its California presence following the successful delivery of major flagship infrastructure and decarbonization projects across the US.

They are hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager, to operate across NorCal, Bay Area - Sacramento.

This is a strategic growth hire for someone who thrives in complex, relationship-led sales environments and wants to play a key role in shaping a rapidly growing regional market.

Base salary up to $170,000 and uncapped earning potential, significant OTE.

The role:

• Lead the pursuit and acquisition of large-scale energy infrastructure and decarbonization projects
• Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders across Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial and institutional markets
• Drive consultative, solution-based sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
• Help shape regional go-to-market strategy alongside senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project development and construction teams to deliver fully integrated solutions

This is long-cycle, strategic business development role focused on solving complex infrastructure challenges.
