We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing commercial construction solutions business seeking an ambitious postgraduate-level candidate to join their team as a Project Engineer in a structured pathway toward becoming a Project Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, commercially minded graduate with some B2B sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in technical sales, construction, and project management.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders, learning how to estimate, manage projects, develop client relationships, and grow accounts within the commercial construction sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior project managers with estimating, quotations, and project delivery
- Building relationships with contractors and construction partners
- Following up on proposals, sales leads, and new business opportunities
- Managing customer communication to ensure projects run smoothly
- Developing technical and commercial knowledge to progress into a full Project Manager / sales role
- Using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or postgraduate (Business, Engineering, Construction, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Sales experience required – internships, B2B, account management, recruitment, or commercial experience all considered
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop a career in sales/project management
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel regionally
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
