Inside Sales – Job Description
Position Title: Inside Sales for the Elite Division
Department: Sales Team
Reports To: President of Elite
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers through phone, email, and online communication. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product or service information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to close sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

AUTHORITIES
- Review and approval of customer orders
- Customer PO approval
- Notify management of any potential discrepancies in orders or inventory analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP Preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Office-based role with frequent phone and email communication with customers.
- Collaboration with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
