Position Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Organization throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position ensures exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, preparing offer documentation, and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in helping Everbrite LLC attract, hire, and onboard top talent while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Development Supervisor.
- Create and post job advertisements on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Monitor applicant flow.
- Review applications for completeness and route qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
- Generate offer letters and employment documentation.
- Track completion of pre-employment requirements and communicate hiring status to candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation scheduling and new hire paperwork.
- Ensure all hiring documentation complies with federal, state, and company employment requirements.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries while providing positive candidate experiences.
- Maintain recruiting reports and metrics including applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring activity.
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
- Support special recruiting and HR projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of administrative experience; recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing recruiting is a plus.
