Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning machines in our Customer Care Lab
- Evaluate freight-damaged machines, create an estimate of repair, and repair/refurbish machines
- Evaluate returned spare parts to confirm/refute field diagnosis, determine disposition, and document in Salesforce
- Record labor performed/parts utilized in repairs and product/parts dispositions in Sales Force
- Review operation and service manuals
- Maintain open dialogue with colleagues to ensure alignment

- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude that takes ownership
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of and ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
