Key responsibilities:
- Ability to read prints, layout, and fabricate according to specifications.
- Perform welding tasks on steel and aluminum materials
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience using hand tools and machinery relevant to fabrication tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Previous experience in welding and fabrication
- Preferably has MIG welding experience in aluminum and steel
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Experience with cranes and forklifts is a plus
- Ensure we maintain a professional, safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
- Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
