Location: Lafayette, LA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand part requirements.
- Measure, cut, drill, and shape materials using saws, grinders, drill presses, and hand tools.
- Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods for each project.
- Assemble and fit parts accurately to meet design and quality standards.
- Inspect and test finished products for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Maintain fabrication tools and machinery in safe working condition.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and resolve challenges.
Qualifications
- Previous construction/fabrication experience
- Computer skills
- Experience building pallets and shippers
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toes
