Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (6-10 hour shifts)

- Set up and break down merchandise booths, tents, displays, and promotional materials
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist shoppers with product selection, sizing, and purchases
- Process credit card, digital, and cash transactions
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and inventory counts
- Complete sales reports and inventory reconciliation after events
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
- Customer service, retail sales, event staffing, or promotional marketing experience preferred
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience is a plus
- Youth sports, coaching, or sporting goods experience is beneficial
- Stand and walk for 6-10 hours during events
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise and event equipment
