Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team across functions including social media, graphic design, branding, and digital marketing
- Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms and guest touchpoints
- Direct digital marketing efforts including website management, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
- Manage social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across multiple brands and venues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote winery experiences, dining programs, weddings, concerts, and special events
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including print, digital, and experiential assets
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Partner with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as needed
- Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience at a manager level or higher
- Proven experience developing and managing marketing budgets and annual marketing plans
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, events, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site, collaborative environment
