Position is Full-Time, Sunday- Wednesday 7am-5pm and would include any holidays that fall within those days.

- Manufacturing sample pick-up 2-3 times daily or as required
- QC Sample receipt and GMP documentation of sample moves
- Transport, dispensing, and distribution to the internal and external testing labs
- Annual Inspections and Inventory counts for Retain Material
- Annual Inventory of Stability Material
- Annual Inventory of Reference Standards
- Receipt of incoming shipments and processing of temperature monitors
- Ensure effective and robust processes for sample documentation filing, archival and retrieval.
- Responsible for proper administration and adherence to all client policies and procedures
- Adherence to all, regulatory licenses and regulations
- Interfacing with key Quality and manufacturing customers
- Coordinating inventory reconciliations with the impacted the QC department
- The role requires working within a manufacturing environment, may require standing/walking for duration of shift.
