Key Responsibilities
Configuration Control Management
- Maintain and update documentation using PLM/PDM systems.
- Create and manage items and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Oracle ERP.
- Provide process metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate Change Control Board / Drawing Release Board meetings and document minutes.
- Maintain and publish quality-related documents and specification libraries.
- Coordinate updates to technical publications to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 Quality System Requirements.
- Administer the Export Compliance Program and conduct onboarding training.
- Document and communicate annual compliance training across departments.
- Maintain accurate export compliance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments to implement effective compliance controls.
- Screen entities against Restricted/Denied party lists.
- Manage and publish compliance-related documents (ITC, WI-ITC, FM-ITC).
- Support corrective actions, investigations, and disclosures related to ITC.
- Assist with additional compliance projects as needed.

- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. US Cargo Systems will require proof of status before employment.
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management standards (EIA-649, MIL-STD-480).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
- Experience with PLM/PDM and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
