Job Title: Specialist Quality Control
Job Description
This role is based in Holly Springs, NC and requires working fully onsite from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. There may be occasional opportunities for overtime, potentially once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Execute various assays, including ELISA and cell-based assays, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Maintain and document all GMP-related activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support quality control processes.
- Work independently to manage tasks and take ownership of projects.
Essential Skills
- Experience with ELISA and cell-based assays.
- GMP trained and experienced in Quality Control.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Background in immunology, biology, or chemistry is advantageous.
- Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience OR Associates degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
Work Environment
The work environment is a laboratory setting where the Specialist Quality Control will engage in assay execution and GMP documentation. The role requires the maintenance and cleaning of lab equipment to sustain operational efficiency. Standard business hours apply, with occasional overtime possible.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly Springs, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $39.75/hr.
