What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Attendant position at Eureka Casino Resort?
Consistently provide friendly, prompt and professional Guest service while ensuring all Slot Department SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are being adhered to; as outlined in the Slot Department Manual.
Varied Shifts - Sunday - Saturday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Provide friendly, prompt and professional internal and external Guest service.
· Perform Jackpot Pay-Outs to the Guests in accordance with Nevada State Gaming Regulations.
· Examine and sign Jackpot SDS (Slot Data Systems) Slips.
· Prepare W-9, W-2G or other documents as needed, for Jackpot Pay-Outs.
· Verify the SDS Slip to Slot Machine.
· Verify the Pay-Out amount to the Guest and pay the Guests.
· Make change for Guests.
· Reconcile the daily redemption activity Change Bank.
· Load voucher paper for slot tickets into machines as needed.
· Perform minor maintenance on slot machines, as described in Training.
· Document the Slot Repair Log for any machine malfunctions.
· Other related duties as described in Training; including but not limited to complying with the following; Nevada Gaming Rules / Regulations, Nevada Internal Control Minimum Procedures and Company Policies, which will be taught in Training.
· Assist in ensuring that the Casino Floor is well kept in regard to cleanliness, ensuring chairs are pushed in.
· Read and understand the Employee Owner Handbook.
· All other duties as assigned by Management.
Must have excellent customer service skills, eager to learn, and dependable.

AGE and Certification(s):
21 years of age or above
Nevada Gaming Card
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in high volume casino operations preferred.
LAN GUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to speak, read and write English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
