Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Wentzville, MO
Full-Time
Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday, on call for weekends
Starting Pay: $23 per hour, based on experience
At etrailer, we are a small shop helping neighbors journey.
That means the warehouse is not just moving boxes. We are helping someone get their camper ready, fix a trailer, make a trip, get work done, or head out with people they love.
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who can help our outbound team do the work well, learn fast, and take care of each other.
What you will do:
-Lead daily outbound shipping work with urgency, accuracy, and care
-Coach Shipping Associates through clear expectations and hands-on support
-Help teammates understand the why behind the work, not just the task
-Improve processes by paying attention, asking good questions, and acting
-Keep the area safe, clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
-Build a team that owns problems, helps each other, and keeps learning
Who you are:
-You have 1 years of warehouse or team leadership experience
-You lead by doing, not just directing
-You communicate clearly and follow through
-You care about safety, quality, speed, and the neighbor experience
-You are comfortable with warehouse technology and equipment
-You can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
