We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Technology Manager to oversee our vendor relationships, technology systems, and compliance operations across the organization.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of technology management, vendor negotiation, and healthcare compliance. The Procurement & Technology Manager will ensure our staff has reliable support, our systems remain secure and HIPAA-compliant, and our vendors and technology solutions align with Ethos’ mission and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee password management and internal security protocols
Manage all vendor relationships, contracts, purchasing, and negotiations
Supervise technology systems including phones, fax services, and IT support tools
Ensure ongoing HIPAA compliance across all digital platforms and workflows
Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and clinical teams
Maintain and support EMR system management, access, updates, and troubleshooting
Identify and implement new technologies that improve patient care efficiency
Serve as the point person for operational technology and procurement needs
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology, procurement, vendor management, or IT operations
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
Familiarity with EMR systems and medical office technology preferred
Detail-oriented, dependable, and mission-driven
