We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to lead our Lakeland office. This role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and is comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a servant leader. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, support our provider and staff, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
- Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
- Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Manage the daily functions of the business/oversee the location.
The resident must reside within 45 miles of the office.
