We are seeing a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Ocala office. This full-time position supports multiple departments across our practice, including both our medical and administrative teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations as we treat patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
An ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably within a medical office setting. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
