We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to lead and streamline project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role goes beyond coordination, requiring strategic oversight, strong leadership, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, mentoring team leads, ensuring SLA adherence, and acting as a bridge between management, clients, and execution teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, mentoring team leads, ensuring SLA adherence, and acting as a bridge between management, clients, and execution teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.
- Drive team performance by mentoring and guiding Project Coordinators and Team Leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority client interactions and escalations.
- Strategically allocate resources and delegate critical tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee and review project documentation, reports, and dashboards for accuracy and insights.
- Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams and stakeholders; ensure effective follow-ups on action items.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to align project execution with business goals and organizational changes.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to senior management.
- Handle complex queries related to project execution, client expectations, and business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support and contribute to training program execution, especially in academic or institutional environments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in project coordination/project management or a similar role.
- Prior experience in handling multiple or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Expertise in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and dynamic environments.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Experience in the training/education sector is an added advantage.
