Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Management
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with leading IT companies, recruiters, HR leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance placement opportunities, internships, live projects, and industry engagement activities.
- Represent Ethnus in meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Develop and implement placement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry requirements.
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives, placement drives, hiring events, and corporate outreach programs.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets through effective engagement with recruiters and hiring partners.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the Corporate Relations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with internal training, operations, and academic teams to align student readiness with industry expectations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of professionalism and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the recruiter network across multiple sectors.
- Build sustainable long-term engagement models with corporates and industry bodies.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging technologies, and industry requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance for student placement preparation activities.
- Support initiatives related to resume building, interview preparation, and employability enhancement.
- Ensure alignment between training programs and industry expectations.
- Maintain and analyze placement data, recruiter feedback, and industry insights.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, placement statistics, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Use data-driven insights to improve placement outcomes and corporate engagement strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement processes while maintaining organizational standards and compliance.
- Drive process improvements, innovation, and operational efficiency within the department.
- Maintain strong professional ethics and organizational values in all interactions.
