- HR Operations & Generalist Activities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters such as leave policies, compensation, and general queries.
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure workplace harmony by promoting HR programs that foster an efficient and conflict-free environment.
- Keep abreast of organizational changes, HR trends, and business developments.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source, track, and identify prospective candidates using multiple channels.
- Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and organizational compatibility.
- Conduct confidential interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries to hiring managers.
- Facilitate offer discussions, negotiations, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Research and build a strong pipeline of recruiting leads and potential talent pools.
- Onboarding, Training & Development
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration.
- Assist in planning and organizing training and development initiatives.
- Support employees and managers in identifying skill gaps and recommending suitable training programs.
- Performance Management
- Assist in executing and monitoring performance management processes.
- Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews in coordination with leadership.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and performance outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to drive performance and efficiency.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Enhance employee satisfaction by validating concerns and offering timely resolutions.
- Implement new perks, benefits, and initiatives based on employee needs.
- Plan and organize team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 –7 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR functions, recruitment processes, and labour regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
