Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid/White Plains, NY
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT Project Delivery Managers and Program Managers across multiple technology initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking schedules and deliverables, supporting governance and reporting, and ensuring effective communication between business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT PMO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple IT projects and independently manage small projects as assigned.
• Support Project Delivery Managers and IT Program Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, presentations, and governance materials.
• Support IT PMO processes, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and follow-up on action items.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify project risks, issues, and potential delivery impacts, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
• Assist with vendor coordination and project reporting.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IT PMO.
  
  Experience:
• 3 years of experience coordinating IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting IT Project Managers or Program Managers on multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project scheduling, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting project meetings, daily stand-ups, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
