Contract Duration: 12 Months

Summary:
The IT Product Manager will partner closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology products and digital solutions. This role is responsible for translating business goals into product roadmaps, aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives, managing product portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring successful product delivery through Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning skills while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions and product roadmaps.
• Lead the planning and deployment of complex digital products in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Office and internal/external Centers of Excellence.
• Drive product strategy, governance, and execution while ensuring alignment between business and IT objectives.
• Guide teams on product management techniques, tools, and best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with minimized risk.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical product-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Support product portfolio rationalization and investment prioritization to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
• Monitor Operational & Maintenance (O&M) and Capital budgets to ensure sufficient funding and resource availability.
• Plan and manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and technology assets.
• Analyze existing IT environments, identify process improvements, and recommend technology enhancements.
• Develop implementation strategies for product development and integration based on business requirements and IT strategy.
• Balance strategic long-term product vision with short-term business priorities.
• Evaluate technology trends and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful technology adoption.
  
  Experience:
• 5–10 years of Product Management, IT Product Management, Digital Transformation, or related experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical product strategies and implementation plans.
• Proven ability to analyze IT environments and recommend strategic technology improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, product portfolios, budgets, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation.
• Relevant Product Management or Agile certifications are considered a plus.
