Our client, a national products liability firm, with offices in Long Beach, CA, has quietly built something most litigation teams talk about—but rarely deliver: a fully remote practice where paralegals are in the room (virtually and literally) when strategy is being shaped.
This is not a back-office support role.
This is working side-by-side with a trial attorney on matters that move—lemon law, product liability, warranty defense—cases that don’t just sit, but evolve. You’ll be in it from the early investigation through trial: drafting pleadings, managing calendars, coordinating depositions, preparing motions, building trial binders, summarizing depositions, and showing up when it matters most.
And here’s the difference: your input isn’t an afterthought. Paralegals are part of the conversation—strategy, direction, execution. Treated like professionals, not task lists.
The entire firm operates remotely, but this role is closely connected to a Los Angeles-based trial attorney, so location in LA or Orange County is required.
What tends to work well here:
- 3 years of civil litigation or products liability experience
- Someone who likes being close to the action, not chasing it
- Organized, sharp, and comfortable owning their work
- BA and paralegal certificate
- Located in Los Angeles or Orange County, mandatory
Compensation: up to $115,000 bonus strong benefits
