Job Summary

Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring a Sealcoat Laborer to join our crew in the north metro area. This role focuses on preparing and maintaining asphalt surfaces for crack sealing and sealcoating.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your crew, work trucks and equipment
• Overseeing sealcoat projects, both residential and commercial
• Clean and prepare driveways and parking lots for crack sealing and sealcoating
• Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Complete tasks assigned by foremen and leadership

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of sealcoating experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have driver’s license with excellent driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
