Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring a Concrete Laborer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the crew with preparing, placing, and finishing concrete for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Support finishing work including edging, brooming, and cleanup
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after concrete work
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Complete tasks assigned by foremen and management

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work long hours, overtime, and some weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• No Experience required - willing to train!

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous construction or concrete experience
• CDL Class A or B
• Experience operating equipment such as skid loaders
