Job Summary

Erickson Asphalt and Concrete is hiring a Concrete Finisher to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and curing concrete for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Set forms, pour, level, and finish concrete for residential and commercial projects
• Perform troweling, edging, brooming, and stamping as needed
• Ensure finished product meets quality standards and specifications
• Assist with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Complete tasks assigned by foremen and management

Requirements

• Experience as a concrete finisher preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and perform physical labor
• Ability to work long hours, overtime, and some weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• CDL Class A or B
• Experience operating equipment such as skid loaders
