We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks according to project specifications.
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and layouts.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials on the construction site.
- Participate in renovation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Qualifications vary depending on experience and position
- Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate equipment safely.
- Experience in concrete construction is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.

- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
