Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring an experienced Skid Loader Operator to join our growing team. We are a family-owned paving and concrete company serving residential and commercial customers across central Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid loaders/compact track loaders for site prep
• Grade, level, and move materials
• Haul equipment and materials using a dump truck (CDL required)
• Assist crew with general labor tasks (shoveling, raking, etc.)
• Follow safety procedures and job site direction

Requirements

• Valid CDL (or ability to obtain)
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
• Experience operating skid loaders or similar equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable using basic technology (tablet)

Pay Scale:

Entry Level Experience: $30-35/hour

Experienced Operator: $35-40/hour

Highly Proficient Operator: $40-50/hour
