We are a growing medical equipment company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a 3-day-a-week starting position that could grow over time. This role will support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities :
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Maintain complete and organized financial records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter vendor invoices and process payments
Assist with account collections and follow up on outstanding balances
Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software; Oracle NetSuite ERP preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and able to manage deadlines
