Equipped MD is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated accounting professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations in a fast-paced, growing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and eager to contribute to a company with strong growth potential. This position may evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and manage ongoing billing processes
- Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Generate and deliver regular financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual summaries
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including calculation and tracking of sales commissions
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role
- Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week)
